CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you place your order on or after November 1st 2018, you have until the 7th January 2019 to request a return or exchange, providing their items are in their original condition. See below for more information on how to exchange or return your order.

 

STANDARD RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it doesn't float your boat, or it's not up to scratch, don't worry, just send it back to us within 28 days and providing it is in it's original condition, we'll gladly refund or exchange it for you.

Just fill in the returns form that came in your parcel and send it back to us. We recomend you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it as quickly as possible. However, if we're really busy, it can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt, or up to 10 days during the Christmas and sale periods.

If you're lucky enough to live close to our shop in Cleethorpes, you're welcome to exchange any of your unwanted goods in store. If nothing else takes your fancy, we can also offer you a credit note or refund.

 

THE BORING (but important) STUFF

We really hope that your order arrives in one piece, but in the event of any products being faulty, we will cover the cost of postage (up to £10 for the UK and up to £20 for the rest of the World) and either refund or exchange the products for you.

If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.

Before returning any undamaged or non faulty items to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, ensuring the tags are still attached. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

Please note that we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on underwear, earrings, toiletries or swimwear, for hygiene reasons.

Providing you have proof of purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on faulty or damaged goods for up to 30 days.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it, or make any changes to it. If you do change your mind, please wait to receive the parcel and return it back to us using the procedure above.
